Do we offer a gift service?

Yes, all of our jewellery is gift boxed for free so that it can be sent to that special person as a gift direct. Billing invoice can be sent to a seperate address. Just email us the message to handwrite on the gift card following your purchase for a truly personal touch..adorable!

 

What type of delivery do we offer?

We currently offer 2 methods of delivery to the UK only namely
1) FREE DELIVERY - Royal Mail First Class (approx 1 to 3 days-not guaranteed)
2) Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (guaranteed by 1pm the next working day) at a fixed price of £6.95 

What's our returns policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then you can return them to us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

Please send returns back in the original packaging.

How can I pay for an item?

We offer PayPal Express Checkout so you can either pay via your PayPal account or with a credit or debit card (without a PayPal Account).
